Great video as always. Can you do videos on earthquakes that have occurred in places not necessarily associated with high seismic activity, like the New Madrid earthquakes of 1811 and 1812. Or a hypothetical scenario of earthquakes occurring in such regions, like the ones you did on the Great Glen Fault in the UK and the East Coast of the US. Another one, which I have suggested before, is the Milnerton Fault in South Africa, which runs right under the city of Cape Town and is dangerously close to the country's only operational nuclear power station. The last major quake on the fault occurred just over 200 years ago in 1809 and is estimated to have measured between 6.0 and 6.5 on the Richter Scale. Of course, at the time Cape Town wasn't the big city it is today so the damage wasn't really on a large scale as it would be if a similar sized quake were to hit today. It would be great if you could do a hypothetical video like the Great Glen Fault one of say, a 7.0 or 7.5 quake striking along the Milnerton Fault and the effect it might on the city of Cape Town and especially the nuclear power plant, called Koeberg that's located just 8km from the fault. Would be awesome to see a video like that.

I live in Taiwan. I have lived through MANY 5.0> earthquakes..... they are nowhere near as destructive as you painted here. Furniture doesn't move. It doesn't topple. At best things sway a bit, and then settle. Seriously, there are so many other factors at play when an earthquake hits..... depth, distance, and shall we say geological conditions of the soil around the buildings affected. At best your video is bad guessing, with little real scientific understanding.

The largest Earthquake I've experienced was the 7.1 July 5th earthquake in 2019. Epicenter was in Ridgecrest and I live in Santa Clarita. About two hours south. It scared the absolute crap out of me. 😂. I had my 8 year old at the time next to me and we went under the dining room table so fast!

We had an 8.5 earthquake in Chile and few buildings collapsed in Santiago.
